Our products are custom-made, which means production and shipping might take a little longer than standard items. We appreciate your patience!


Production & Shipping Timeline

  • Production Time: 3–6 business days
    Each item is made-to-order, so we need a few extra days to craft it just for you. Thank you for your understanding!

  • Shipping Time:

    • United States & EU: 7–12 business days
    • Rest of the World: 10–18 business days

Note: Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays (like New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas). During peak times (sales, promotions, holidays), production and shipping may take a bit longer.


Shipping Costs

  • Minimum Shipping Fee: $6.99
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $110 qualify for free shipping.

Shipping costs depend on your location and order weight.


Order Tracking

After we ship your order, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link. Please allow 1-3 days for the tracking information to update once the carrier processes your package.

If tracking doesn’t update immediately, it’s likely that the carrier hasn’t yet scanned your package. Tracking will update as soon as the carrier processes it.


Important Notes

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

If your package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we’ll reach out for the correct information and may apply additional shipping fees for re-shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked as lost by the carrier, please contact us at emtech.coltd@gmail.com to arrange a replacement or refund.

Sometimes, packages show as "delivered" before they arrive. If this happens, allow a few more days for delivery or contact us for assistance.


For Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us at emtech.coltd@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A photo or video of the issue
  3. Your delivery address

Our team will review the issue and, if needed, arrange a replacement or refund.
